At Waikereru Horse Riding Adventures, we take you on personalised rides through beautiful NZ countryside. Our rural rides take you up towering ridges where you can enjoy spectacular views both inland and overlooking the Pacific Ocean and coastline.
Waikereru Horse Riding Adventures is set among twenty five hectares of rural flats and native bush, with the beautiful Waimata River running through the property.
Although only a 15 minute drive from Gisborne, when you get to Waikereru you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere - we are the last property at the end of Riverside Road, there’s no passing traffic and we don’t get cell phone coverage. Don’t worry WiFi is available, so you won’t be completely out of touch, unless you want to be!
You can enjoy rural and native bush rides, and amble alongside the Waimata River. At the end of the day ride back to the homestead, relax, unwind and enjoy an evening accompanied by local food and wine.
